You might remember Heather Langenkamp for her role as Nancy Thompson from the A Nightmare on Elm Street films. She beat out more than 200 actresses for that role. If you are a geek like me, you remember her as one of the daughters on the sitcom Just the Ten of Us. Now 47, Heather Langenkamp both loves and hates the role that first made her a star. When you think about it, she has worked with a lot of talented people: Wes Craven, Johnny Depp, Laurence Fishburne, and Bill Kirchenbauer(Coach Lubbock). Heather's most recent project is a documentary called I Am Nancy. It is an autobiographical documentary about her role of Nancy Thompson. It also explore why people have Freddymania, and not Nancymania. Well, because he had longer nails than you Heather!
