Some T.V. shows get cancelled before they can find the right audience, and some are to clever for their own good. Such is the case for the 2004 comedy-drama from Fox. At first, the plot seems a little weird. Wonderfalls was about a girl named Jaye who had a dead end job at a Niagara Falls gift shop. One day various animal figurines start talking to her. They tell her vague clues to make her help people around the area. So kind of like Joan of Arcadia without the whole God thing. Along the way were Jayes overbearing family and best friend. This quirky wonderful show needs to be seen to believed. From the creators of Dead Like Me and Pushing Daises, Wonderfalls lasted four great episodes (last episode was the wonderful Crime Dog) before Fox Pulled it. Every episode it like a different genre and would leave me laughing and wanted more. Check this show out Now! You will know why the wonder falls!
