Bumper Stumpers was a Canadian game show in which two teams try to figure out vanity license plates. I remember the show on the USA network during their block of afternoon game shows. Clues were giving to help the contestants to solve the stumpers. The show was created by Wink Martindale. It was hosted by Canadian personality, Al Dubois.
