My top 5 comedy duos from the 90's

5) Larry Appleton & Balki Bartokomous - In the early 90's these two Perfect Strangers kept us laughing during the TGIF line up on ABC. It was great seeing Larry as the straight man to Balki's crazy ways. This pair will always be standing tall. 4) Chris Farley and David Spade - In the 90's a lot of bad movies were made based on SNL characters. Farley and Spade did the right thing and made new plots and movies. Well sort of. With Tommy Boy and and Black Sheep, the duo became box office gold. 3) Jack Lemmon & Walter Matthau - This comedy duo got a new life in the 90's with the Grumpy Old Men Movies. Hearing these two go at it was funny back in the day. It only got better with age. These two knew how to insult each other. 2) Beavis and Butt-head - Juvenile fun the only way MTV knows how. This duo brought low ball humor to a high level. 1)Jay and Silent Bob - Six movies and an animated series, this duo is what has made Kevin Smith a Household name. Sure one of them doesn't talk, but they are a modern classic. I don't think anything can top the brilliance that is Jay and Silent Bob.
