10) Denny Crane - Boston Legal - Really any character Shatner portrays is great, this one was the most memorable. Mostly because he would repeat his name all the time, even when he was shooting clients in the ass.
9) Gordon Shumway - ALF - This was ALF's Real name. Now you know.
8) Brisco County Jr. - The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. - This cowboy knew how to win over the ladies, time travel, and talk to people from the future. Not bad for a Western.
7) Gen. 'Buck' Turgidson - Dr. Strangelove - He was one of the guys fighting in the war room. There is no fighting in the war room.
6) Buckaroo Banzai - The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension - It's just fun to say.
5) Chandler Bing - Friends - Who the hell names their kid Chandler?
4) Pheobe Buffay - The funniest and most out there friend and the funniest most out there name.
3) Les Nesman - WKRP - His name is about as nerdy as him. The perfect fit for the Outcast newsroom reporter.
2) Boomhauer - King of the Hill- What did he say?
1) Donald Draper/ Dick Whitman - Madmen - One of the best names and characters on modern tv isn't even his real name. Surprise, the real Don Draper is really a frail weak man named Dick Whitman. Now that is Mad.
